Uolo - Manager - Client Relationship (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to foster positive relationships with clients by receiving and analyzing feedback to make our services more enjoyable. Client Relationship Managers are also responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change.

To be successful as a Client Relationship Manager, you must be friendly and be able to remain calm and professional if clients are upset. A good Client Relationship Manager puts the needs of the client first to ensure that they continue to use our services.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying customers- needs and up selling our offerings.

- Collect client feedback about their experience.

- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.

- Solve complaints of the clients or elevate to the relevant departments.

- Provide necessary training to new customers and existing customers if needed.

Requirements:

- Prior experience with Customer Success/Key account/Client relationship is mandatory(B2b, SaaS)

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to network and build relationships.

- Graduate degree in any field. A degree in business management is a plus

- Can speak in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil & Telugu(Mandatory)

Note - 2 to 5 years experience in customer success(in B2b SaaS-based company) is mandatory.
