Unscrambl - Consultant - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Role: Consultant - Digital Marketing

Base Location: Pune

Experience: 2+ years

In this role, you will be working with the sales and customer success teams to design and develop solutions around applications of Unscrambl's product Qbo, targeted at digital marketers.

Some of the tasks you will be involved in are as follows:

- Build, maintain data models and provide high quality analysis to clients on top of digital data sources, including paid ads, organic traffic, search engine optimization.

- Present to a wide variety of audiences from C-level executives to technical experts, specifically on the topics of digital marketing, web traffic analysis, app engagement and other digital sources.

- Build high quality and detailed sales proposals, SOWs and presentations for Unscrambl prospects & clients.

- Be functionally and technically proficient in Unscrambl products & solutions.

- Contribute to new product ideas through primary and secondary market research, customer feedback.

- Collaborate with data scientists, conversational AI experts, platform developers, product management and top management to WOW our customers and establish long-term business opportunities.

- Work with different teams such as internal sales teams, partner resellers, services partners, and clients to ensure customer success.

Key skills / experience required:

- Must have: A high degree of proficiency in digital data sources: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook & instagram Ads & page insights, Google Search console, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok, MixPanel etc.

- Understanding of e-commerce data would be an added advantage.

- Experience working with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, Google Data studio etc)

- 2+ years of data analysis & data preparation in a sales, sales support role, or equivalent experience in customer-facing role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels.

- Highly proficient with PPT, Excel and related analytical tools (Python, SQL, R, AWS).

- Organized and should have presence of mind, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

- Provide feedback to both product management and senior sales management on returned assessments to ensure sales training effectiveness and product quality..

- Comfortable working in highly unstructured environments and with minimum direction.

- Candidates with a technology background + a business degree will also be considered.
