Uniworld Studios - Head - Business Development (4-10 yrs)
- Is good at Bringing new sales and business
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirement
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Working and able to convert Leads (Domestic and International).
- Interaction with potential customers through Email, Chat, Phone Calls and physical visits.
- Product Demonstration, requirement gathering and turning interested into the need of customers.
- Creating a winning solution with problem-solving and client handling skills.
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing clients.
- Working closely with Product, Operations & Technology team for customization of features or resolve queries raised by the clients.
- Min 4-year experience (Must be from Media and Advertising Industry)
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Experience in outbound reach through cold calling and email messaging to fix meetings/appointments with C-Level and VP level executives in the Fortune 1000 & Global Enterprises is a plus point.
