Senior Sales Executive


- To achieve individual and teams Sales Target

- Updating leads status, capturing customer details in Excel

- To generated Sales through channel partners

- Handling & motivating team members

- Understand Customer need & offer Solution from the Companies product basket.

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

- Report on sales activities to top management

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Developing sales strategies

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

- All marketing activities with management.

- Handling The Residential Township projects.

- Attending meetings and Business Conferences and Updating the Industry information.

- Preparing the Marketing plan with the help of team members.

- Maintaining the Quality of services for company's Goodwill and getting more bookings with the help of effective Market Research.

- Coordinating work activities with team members.

- Active Participation in Product Launching and Expansion of Business.

- Selling Experience of luxury Residential Projects at the Prime location of City.

- Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotions of our Product.

- Proper coordination with team executives and various departments.

- Controlling of back-office staff to update records and financial transactions

- Handling Broker's & clients queries.

- Conducting and taking active participation in Exhibitions and Promotions of our Product.

- Conducting final meeting to change prospect into buyer.

- Promoting new launches and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing sales.

- Implementing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics

- Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.

- Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis & providing redress to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation.

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable advisers / dealers' networks.

- Driving sales efforts through dealer network.
