Senior Student Support Executive
- We have a urgent opening for Senior Student Support Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle walk-ins and telephone enquires and provide course consultation to prospective parents and students.
- Assist the day to day administrative activities of the school.
- Coordinate and facilitate classes for the organization. Update student's data into the student management system promptly.
- Any other duties as required or assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Available to work in flexible shift timings
- Candidates with preferably 3+ Years of experience in the Ed Tech Industry handling Customer Support.
