University Partnerships Role - Business Development - Education (0-5 yrs)
1. The ideal candidate is ready to apply knowledge of University Relations and Engagement practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
2. The role of Campus Programs Lead will include planning, execution, reporting, conducting research, analyzing data, and crafting presentations that include recommendations related to the initiative rollouts
3. You will plan, design and report Campus programs, initiatives, process and make recommendations for improvement
4. Have some prior experience in On-boarding and Managing Universities
5. Cooperating with the local communications department and business stakeholders to all existing activities, communication materials/channels. Following the dedicated plan for the country in this respect. Track effectiveness of measures.
6. Supporting in building solid networks with Universities
7. Having a good prior University Network and contacts amongst Vice Chancellors and Registrars
8. Must a a Business Development Mindset
9. Open to taking up new challenges and diverse projects
10. Should be open to travel across India to meet Clients
Background:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree with professional experience in a high performing
2. Extensive knowledge of the India's Education Industry and Campus Recruitment environment.
3. Strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects.
4. Be able to propose creative, practical, differentiated, and innovative solutions
5. Adapt to change quickly with an eagerness to try and learn new things
6. Proven ability to build effective working relationships with multiple teams across business areas, functions and geographies and manage competing priorities simultaneously
7. Fluency in spoken and written business English
8. Strong data research and time management skills
