University External Engagements Leader - Key Account Management (15-20 yrs)

Are you a seasoned Key Accounts Professional with a strong connect with leading corporates- You must have been into a BD role focussing on corporates primarily with CHROs / CXOs. This needs to be coupled with your passion for education been your passion and the interest to switch your career to joining a leading university to build corporate relations.

To qualify you must have atleast 15 years of corporate B2B sales experience and wanting to do something different.

You must have the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve stretch targets, excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with managing relationships at CXO level, and understanding of both business and education.

The location of the role is Delhi but the university is located in Haryana so you would need to commute daily to the campus approx 1.5 hours from Delhi.

- This role will oversee the professional development and career placement of the university students. This would include managing relationships with existing corporates that recruit from the campus as well as expand this.

- The role will also need to engage closely with students to ensure they are prepared to take on the challenges of professional life as well as to match their skill sets with the requirements of coprorates.

- The role lead a team of motivated, result-oriented individuals and develop their skills as well.

The role comes with the following responsibilities :

1. Developing and executing an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of the university relations in roles which match their abilities.

2. Building fruitful relationships with CXOs/CHROs in India's top organizations.

3. Providing effective training and inputs to students related to their careers of interest.

4. Organizing, attending, and participating in activities advocating the University as a top recruiting destination of choice.

5. Creating processes and systems which maximize the potential of the recruitment process for both corporates and students.

- This university hires people from top universities so pedigree in the role is very important and they will screen basis that.

- Secondly a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is needed. An MBA from a good B school is highly preferred.

- Proven track record in Sales/ Business development/ Key Account Management experience, will be helpful.
