Job description: Below is a high level job roles and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Responsible for Car sales at the dealership
- Responsible for lead enquiry management and follow up
- Independently operate computers
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership
- Contact potential clients and manage Enquiry, Booking, and Retail process
- Have detailed knowledge about all cars in Indian market and their features
- Must be able to offer feature comparisons of varied cars in the Enquiry process
- Must be aware of price offerings by other dealerships online/ offline
- Negotiations with prospect clients to arrive at a profitable bargain for the dealership
- Maintain contact with customers to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback, and assist with the resolution of customer issues or challenges
- Car sales executives often conduct inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition
- In fulfilling their work description, car sales executives oversee the merchandising and display of cars in a sales outlet
