1. Plan, Manage, Coordinate and execute all webinars programs & initiatives
2. Conduct, gather and analyze data to identify topics for webinars
3. Evaluate the current strategy and identify weakness
4. Develop and implement guidelines and protocols for conducting webinars
5. Create, maintain and execute a webinar schedule
6. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of the webinar program and implement improvements as required
7. Work with speakers and marketing teams to determine the most important points to market the webinar
8. Maintain accurate database and pool of speakers
9. Provide training to presenters
10. Conduct webinar promotions drive and audience registrations
11. Post webinar surveys, polls and act as a moderator
