Desired Profile : 

- MBA/ MMS

- 2-3 years of experience in similar role preferably in financial services / scaled start-ups

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Creativity and writing skills

- Amiable team player with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stake holders

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills

- Familiarity with social media and web analytics

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Dynamic, self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

Job Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Understanding and executing overall Marketing Plans and Marketing Calendar

- Overseeing and developing BTL marketing campaigns

- Planning ideas and strategies for various promotional activities and organising the same

- Writing and proofreading creative copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, fliers, client communications, press releases, website material etc.)

- Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience

- Ideating and creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media

- Promoting services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation's brand and social media strategy

- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns

- Maintaining website and looking at data analytics

- Supporting with participation and brand building in company seminars, industry conferences and events

- Supporting with specific marketing execution and continuous interactions with sales teams

- Monitoring corporate branding applications across the organisation's marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently

- Continuously industry and competition analysis for understanding the marketing landscape and competitive benchmarking; brainstorming and undertaking potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services

- Evaluating emerging trends in marketing and social media and incorporate as appropriate
