United Pressure Cooker - Sales Trainee (1-2 yrs)
- Should possess strong intellectual skills
- Result oriented and have go getter attitude.
- Candidate need to have clear thought process, can understand job related matters and communicate same to Dealers & Distributors.
- Explaining complete information about products to Dealer & Distributors.
- Tracking/ monitoring competitor activities and reporting.
- Managing trade relations and market working with senior members.
- Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market).
- Have an ability to make/ create new Distributors & Dealers.
- Should possess skills of expanding his sales territory.
- Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service.
- Within budget limits for brand activities organised promotion activities in consultation with the superiors.
Candidate Profile:
Required Experience: 1-2 years
Interest Area : Consumer Durable, Cookware, Kitchen Appliances, Cooktop sector.
Education : Candidate should be a Graduate. Preferably MBA/PGDM.
Specific language requirement for the role: English, Hind, Local Language
