Location: Bhind, Jhansi, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Raipur
CTC: 3 LPA to 4.50 LPA
Job Roles & Responsibility :
- Hire your team on off role basis
- Recruit Quality team member, quality advisers
- Support company's on roll employee to achieve their targets
- Visit clients, daily follow up, give them information about product
- Giving special attention to average performers and provide needs-based training
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment
Qualifications And Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree Is Required.
- Min. 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing field (Stability 2 years)
- Ability To Develop Good Relationships With Current And Potential Clients.
- Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.
- Experience In Project Management And/Or Sales.
- High Attention To Detail And A Focus On Fact-Based Decision Making.
