Job Role :
- Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
- Train & Motivate Agents to achieve sales Targets.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Make individual agents grow at least by 20% YOY
- Maintain good persistency ratio with clean MIS report.
- Activation of Agents & Business
