Job Description :
- Accountable for the unit's stakeholder relationships, customer experience, and sales turnover
- Accountable for meeting the KPIs, creating a devoted network of advocates and boosting the value of the brand.
- Assembling and leading an effective team that is driven, focused on results, and rigor-driven so that it becomes the driving force behind achieving high customer satisfaction ratings
- Searching for chances to connect with end users via a variety of channels and grow business in the most economical manner.
- Lead by example, ensuring that all members of the team take ownership of the customer journey from initial contact to final satisfaction.
- Forging fruitful collaborations with various stakeholders, including Channel Partners, Service Partners, Display Partners, and Influencers, in order to establish a trustworthy ecosystem by coordinating with them
