- Recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
- Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products.
- Monitor and review the agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business. Meet customers on a regular basis to achieve standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.

- Agent Recruitment Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice. Position of Team Leader. Candidate Profile.
Candidate Profile :
- Channel: Agency Channel. Pay Roll On Roll.
- Experience Minimum 2 Years experience required in field sales and marketing's Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits (Defer as Per your Interview).
