Job Description :
- Selection, hiring, and management of advisors from the suitable location.
- In order to provide a deeper insight of the market and products, advisors should be educated and motivated. Observe and assess the agent's performance.
- They want to generate as much revenue as they can.
- To uphold standards, use a sales plan by using market segmentation, and increase market involvement, meet with clients frequently.

Candidate Profile :
- Channel: Channel of the agency.
- On Roll for Payroll.
- Minimal experience. Required: 2 years of field sales and marketing experience.
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + incentive and additional benefits (defer as determined by your interview).
- Requirement: Mini. Graduation is required.
