Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:
Building Agency : Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates
Driving Sales : Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
- Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's/Sales Associates.
- Mentoring and Training Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates performance.
- Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in Any stream
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and marketing
- Good Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Result oriented
Job Type : Full-time
Salary: - 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
