Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and oversee effective dealer and distribution networks for local sales channels.
- Analysing sales data, reporting state head, predicting on a regular basis, and keeping track of sales performance.
- Creating goals and sales tactics
- Recognise untapped markets and client demands
- Highlight the business's goods and services by anticipating or answering the goals of the customers.
- Whenever possible, offer dependable feedback and post-purchase assistance.
- Create enduring bonds with both current and potential clients.
- Gathering and evaluating sales data
- Gathering feedback from clients and conducting market research in the vicinity
- Staying current with goods and rivals
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
