Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- To locate, discover, and acquire business opportunities in pest control and prevention, both short- and long-term.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
- To maintain client retention by making sure that clients' continuous expectations are satisfied.
- Overseeing daily sales operations, such as prospecting, market development, proposal service agreements, and so forth.
- To provide client feedback in order to assist the service team.
- To cultivate positive ties with clients.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
