Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Determine opportunities for selling and accurately assess client demands
- Compile and expand on superior project and industry knowledge
- Recognise the needs and preferences of your customers and tailor buy opportunities to meet those needs and desires.
- Arrange to meet with prospective customers.
- Arrange and execute pertinent project and service demonstrations and presentations.
- Handle complaints or objections and negotiate/close transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, giving careful consideration to brand experience and customer involvement/satisfaction.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
