Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.

- Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with individual team members.

- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales agents.

- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
