Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities:

- Create a sales plan, implement it, and hit the top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.

- Develop a value offer for potential customers and advertise the organization's brand in certain areas.

- Regularly review the sales plan and, together with the CEO, take the necessary steps to suggest modifications and policy changes.

- As per established SLAs, maintain and publish a sales database and MIS on a regular basis.

- In charge of reaching the personal goal.

- Gather and publish consumer input on a quarterly basis using pre-established methods.

- Conduct research, comprehend the dynamics of the external environment, and its consequences for the organization's present and future plans. Recommend any necessary adjustments to current strategy.

- Follow the pertinent procedures and guidelines set forth by the Organisation.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
