Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Carry out marketing initiatives for channel partners in order to increase sales and establish trust in the marketplace.
- Reach the distribution channel's zonal revenue target for every product.
- Deal with walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
- Handle product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Oversee producers' everyday operations to guarantee a robust pipeline.
- Mentor and assist agents in expanding their business through cross-selling
- In charge of guaranteeing the calibre of the applications
- Assist and mentor the producer in all policy-related activities
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
