Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Ensuring frequent market visits to locate, comprehend, and convert potential customers
- Expanding the company's clientele and network
- Creating and carrying out sales strategy to surpass quarterly and monthly sales targets
- Finding fresh sources of income
- Developing commercial ties with both present and future customers
- Participating in networking gatherings to draw in and keep business
- Creating and carrying out marketing and sales plans to expand the company
- Updating and maintaining documents related to company development, marketing, and sales.
- Supporting advertising and promotion initiatives
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
