Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Create and implement marketing and sales plans to meet goals in the assigned area.
- Pay distributors frequent visits to build rapport and promote sales expansion.
- To increase market reach, find and develop new channel partners.
- To boost distribution coverage, assign retailers to distributors in order to expand the distribution network.
- Perform regular business reviews to make sure that corporate policies are being followed.
- Assign distributors to retailers in order to improve product availability and brand awareness.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
