Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Our sales department is looking forward to hiring a passionate and hardworking candidate to work with us as a Unit Sales Manager. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the entire sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.
- Build relationships with existing customers.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Generating and presenting monthly sales reports to executives
Representative Qualifications :
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of any sales experience
- Age: 21 to 40
