Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and insurance needs.
- Recommend suitable life insurance policies and coverage.
- Explain policy terms and conditions to clients.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications.
- Follow up with clients to ensure policy renewals and address their inquiries.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
