Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees
Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard insurance agents.
- Provide comprehensive agent training and support.
- Monitor agent performance and sales targets.
- Build strong client and agent relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC up to 4 LPA
