- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is kept at the organised level.
- Achieving your sales goals in accordance with your channel strategy
- Establishing action plans and performing performance analysis.
- Ensure honesty and integrity in business.
- Your success will be determined by your capacity to establish a robust and long-lasting distribution network.
- Performance evaluation and daily activity tracking consultants
- Doing analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight.
Candidate Profile:
- 22 to 38 years old.
- A degree in any field.
- Min 2 to 4 years' Experience in field Sale and Marketing
- Excellent Negotiations Skills
- Being able to mentor and coach your team
