Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing, and upholding business sales procedures will increase commissions and unit sales.
- Arrange training rallies, weekly evening sales sessions, and daily meetings for posting sales.
- To meet the minimal requirements for sales activity, work in the field with sales professionals every day.
- Check to see if all requirements have been met for the sales training.
- Increase the productivity and negotiating abilities of salespeople. Create and manage lead follow-up plans.
- Use sales tools and formulas to assess the performance of sales representatives.
- Ensure that sales representatives are adhering to the new protocols and that you are monitoring them while they are in the field. Establish stringent policies for the conduct and caliber of management.
- Visit different places to help with sales calls.
