Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Managing consumer interactions and bringing in the desired amount of money.
- Making phone calls and interacting with potential clients in order to increase revenue
- Building enduring relationships with clients is the main goal.
- Maintaining and updating client data in CRM; Providing excellent customer service
- Regularly engaging with consumers and soliciting their input; and Making sure that customer retention rates are high
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
