Job Description :
- Hiring representatives and giving them ongoing training to market insurance policies
- Reaching the goals set out and keeping positive relationships with agents and clients Reaching the designated PMS target via mapped intermediaries
- Agent licencing, tracking, and activation
- Preserving positive working ties with the agents and regularly educating them on the products and procedures
- Assuming the position of an issue solver and actively resolving questions and problems
- Have regular meetings with intermediaries, Lead Providers, and agents and keep organised, methodical records of all of the above.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
