Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of the agency network within the organization. You will work closely with agency owners and managers to provide training, guidance, and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities :
- Organize and conduct agency meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills of agency teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to agency partners.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor agency performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
