Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibiliteis :
Channel Management
- Relationship with the Branch Manager of the bank partners branches
- Relationship and Motivation of branch staff to help generate leads
- Training of branch staff and Private banking RMs on cross sell of insurance products
- Key customer calls (Private Banking customers)
- Objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by channel
- Retention, Focus on health products.
Candidate Requirement:
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 1-4 years of sales experience.
- Currently on roll with the organization.
- No Gap in Employment.
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent Communication Skills
