Job Description :
- To manage sales operations and supervising sales team for the area.
- To give training and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth.Sales Budgeting.
- Finalization of distributors.Sales promotion activity, execution and monitoring.Reviewing proposals for new outlets, new markets, and new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.
- Keep track of all competitor activities and provide feedback on best growth strategy in terms of suitable product modification, specific marketing efforts required in certain regions, suggestion on change in marketing communication
- Tapping new marketing channels to ensure exponential growth
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Monitor quality, quantity and profitability.
