Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Find efficiencies and create strategic solutions to support the controls and operating efficiency of the business
- Ensure that your business line procedures are up to date and that all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to by everyone on the desk
- Serve as primary liaison between the business unit and the various support partners, driving accountability and plans to support current and future requirements
- Plan for, and evaluate impact to the business of industry and regulatory trends, where applicable design and implement solutions
- Work in collaboration with the Global Markets business management team to ensure a joined up global approach on work related to specific business requirements as well a broader Markets projects
