Roles and responsibilities :
- Cultivate and manage relationship with the insurance managers and segment teams of the business partner.
- Interdepartmental Coordination Responsible for seamless coordination with other departments such as Claims, underwriting & Operations.
Objection handling of the sales team of the business partner
- Conducting calls with the sales team of business associate at their channel
- Providing overall MIS to business partner teams Sales & Booking of all retail business
- Providing adequate support to Sales Officers and Associates and support them for business process & booking
