Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-13 yrs)
- We are Looking for Sales professionals with 2+ years- experience in field sales, proven customer service, and communication skills to effectively fill the Sales role in your company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
- Ensure the Team meets proper training in respective geographical assignments.
- Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Team for the smooth execution of the sales process.
- Ensure the team and own targets are met- new members Onboarding, Target achievement, Business Premium.
Requirements:
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3-year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- At least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience.
- Industries can be tapped (Telecom, Life insurance, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- Must be localite
- Must have two-wheeler
