Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
- We are seeking a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to assist us in growing our clientele by actively seeking them out.
Responsibilities :
- Design team of advisors and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance policies
- Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records
- Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
- Fulfil all company-established policy obligations
Requirements and skills :
- 2 years field sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Min graduation required
