Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Job Details :
We are looking for result-oriented Sales Managers for our one of leading Life Insurance company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment of team of sales consultants from open market
- Organize and run recruitment events for sales consultants
- Conducts review discussions/wake-up meetings as and when required
- Plan goals & performance needs for sales consultants in a periodic manner
- Is expected to be an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with his team- through periodic on floor coaching.
- Achievement of sales targets and others parameters such as retention
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- More than 2 Years of Experience in Sales
- Local candidate with good local network
- Good Communication Skills
- Good team building skills
- Training and motivation capacity
