Job Description :
- To ensure all leads/prospects generated are met and life insurance product sales are closed with these generated leads/prospects.
- To create a greater database of prospective clients and fulfill targets in this regard as set by superior.
- To coordinate and self source prospective customers to whom life insurance products can be sold.
- Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy details as per client's requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the policy.
- To arrange for the required documentation and medical examination of the client.
- To regularly update the Mobile tracker and daily sales report and to adhere to basic sales management process guidelines as laid down by the Organization.
- Supervise and coordinate the sales of policy.
- To report to the Regional Business Manager-Credit Life for the periodic sales MIS, status of leads, policies sold and give regular market feedback.
- To ensure that sales complaints are minimal and are resolved within TATs, if any.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill.
