Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Role:
- Generating New Team Leads.
- Evaluating various marketing competitions/Trends.
- Identify the customer's requirement.
- Provide Suitable products to the customers.
- Building of Agency by way of retaining the team and making them successful.
- Business Reporting, MIS on sales calls, Lead Utilization, and conversion is tracked, a daily basis.
- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
