Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job description :
- Build a Cohesive unit through recruiting and developing agency sales managers and distributors.
- Manage Performance, Persistency, and Profitability of the unit assigned.
- Build and monitor the sales process of Licensing, coding, and activation of distributors.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Train team members on selling products
- Exploring new markets and prepare to business proposals.
- Provide Market intelligence reports to the Head - Sales & Marketing.
- Ensuring compliance with all the systems.
