Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Here we are hiring for Unit Sales Manager.
Job description :
- Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
- Handling a team of on-roll managers.
- Prospecting & meeting walk-in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for existing customers.
Requirements :
- Experience : Min. 1+ Year in Sales and Marketing of BFSI Sector
- CTC : Up to 2.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Education : Any Graduation
