Hiring Unit Sales Manager - Health Agency (South) at Icici Lombard

Location:- Vijayawada,Visakhapatnam,Bengaluru,Chennai,Coimbatore & Hyderabad
Salary:- 2.2 Lac to - 6.0 Lac Annually
PF,ESIC,Mobile & Travel Reimbursements.
Yearly bonus based on Performance.
Shift Timings:- 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
5 Days Working.
Off Days: SUN, SAT
Selection Criteria:-
1) Graduation degree mandatory
2) 1 yr to 10 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
3) Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
4) High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate and can do attitude.
5) Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
Job Description:-
- Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Handling the health retail product.
- Maintaining relationships with health agents.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
