Unit Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking an Unit Sales Manage for Sales Professionals in Odisha!!
Job Description :
- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Consults with potential customers to understand their needs, identifies and suggests equipment, or services that will meet those needs.
- Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Responsible for creating a durable and effective distribution force and achieving the branch's marketing objectives.
- Keeping up with rival products is a requirement for efficient marketing.
- Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets.
Candidate Profile :
- Education : Graduation Compulsory
- Experience : 2 to 4 years In Field Sales and Marketing/BFSI
- Age: 22 to 38
- Capacity to work independently
- Excellent leadership skills
