Unit Sales Manager - BFS (1-4 yrs)
Roles :
- Responsible for build up your team by using your self-network.
- You have to train and motivate them for sales.
- You have to organize sales visit for business development.
- Develop your team member for more business.
- Managing monthly and weekly meetings for discuss about plans to achieve the target.
- Providing pre & post-sales Support
- Ensuring quality of business
Desired Candidate Profile : Knowledge of life insurance business and distribution channels is preferred.
