Unit Sales Manager - Bank (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Building new customer connections and supporting the existing ones
- Taking a note of the sales goals and achieving the same
- Making cold calls to attract conceivable customers
- Organizing an all-around business plan as well as setting sales goals for Your Sales team.
- Review the work of your advisors team and guide them accordingly
- Attend events and conferences, research new events to attend, and organize internal and external company events.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 + Years of experience required in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Graduation in Any Stream
- Age should be between 21 to 32 Years
- Excellent Negotiations Skills
- Ready for Field Sales Work
