Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Chanel Manager - Agency Channel, you will be responsible for play a critical role in driving sales, promoting brand awareness, and ensuring that the agency channel operates smoothly.
Responsibility :
- Regularly communicate with agencies to provide updates on product launches, marketing campaigns, and any relevant information.
- Work closely with agencies to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular channel meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance agency performance and knowledge.
- Collaborate with agencies to plan and execute marketing and promotional activities that align with Chanel's brand positioning.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
