Unit Sales Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job description
- Own the sales leads, delegating leads, providing sales data and relevant support to the sales team.
- Ensure the leads/enquiries are updated in the CRM regularly
- Quotation preparation and submission to the customer aligned with the sales team for follow up
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales related MIS reports
- Working closely with Sales to ensure adherence of the sales process
Required Candidate Profile :
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Rapport building skills
